Michigan Football Schedule

Each and every year, the fans of the maize and blue eagerly await the announcement of the upcoming season's Michigan football schedule. While the calendar of opponents is different from season to season, there are some consistencies year in and year out. For instance, the Wolverines will undoubtedly play eight games annually against Big Ten opposition. Now, the Big Ten is a tough conference, and playing so many games against such stiff competition might be a tremendous burden to many university football clubs. But the Wolverines have more than proven to be up to the task, as they have a winning record against each of the ten schools with whom they share a conference. In fact, they have claimed victory in at least 70-percent of their games against every Big Ten school save two -- Michigan State, whom they have beaten in more than two-thirds of their match-ups, and Ohio State, versus whom they have a slight edge in the all-time series.
